The Red Berry

This is a warm family story about a small red berry that Yoshio-san found on the pomegranate tree in the garden, after trying to help his mother, who had grown unable to thread a red string through a needle. His mother gently tells Yoshio-san about the meaning of the red berry and how a tree's seed sprouts. It is a quiet, heartwarming scene depicted by Ogawa Mimei.
