How to delete it

Yourself, in the app or on the website. Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account. The account is deleted at once. This works in any browser at tsukigo.com, so you do not need the app installed.

By email. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours first.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in.
• Your progress, vocabulary and reading history in every language, and everything else stored with your account.
• Every signed-in session: you are signed out on all your devices.

On the device you delete from, its copy of your progress is removed too.

What is kept

• Technical logs, for up to 90 days.
• Material you sent us, such as feedback, with your account id removed from it.
• Aggregate counts that identify nobody, such as how many stories were read in a month.

Preferences your browser keeps without an account, such as the interface language, stay on that device until you clear the site's data or uninstall the app.
