Farmer: Good morning! I have fresh fish and good chicken today.
Customer: I want fish, please. And some rice.
Farmer: Here. One big fish and a bag of rice.
Customer: Do you have salt? I like salt on my fish.
Farmer: Yes, salt and pepper. Both are good.
Customer: I take the salt. No pepper. How much is the fish?
Farmer: For you? Ten dollars.
Customer: Here is ten.
Farmer: Wait — that is not enough! That is for the fish.
Customer: Oh. The rice is free, yes?
