The King of the Beach
A small crab is on the beach. The sea is far away. A big seagull stands on an old boat.
“This beach is mine,” says the seagull. “The sand is mine. The boat is mine. Look around! You are very small.”
The crab walks behind a rock. The crab walks across the wet sand. Then the crab climbs up the side of the old boat.
“Excuse me,” says the crab. “The sea is back now. Your boat is in the water.”
The seagull looks down. The boat is in the sea. The beach is far away.
“Where is your beach now?” says the crab.
