Our Paper, Number Five

This is the fifth paper from Class 4 at Fenn Road School. There are four pages.

On page one there is an article about the new school door. It is very slow. Our head teacher gives a statement: “The door is safe.” We aren’t sure.

On page two there is a study of our lunch. We ask thirty children one question: potato or rice? Twenty-one prefer potato.

On page three there is a photograph of the football team.

On page four we list the lost things. There is one boot, a pair of gloves, and a very old sandwich.

Sometimes people say, “I love your paper!” Then they read page four first. Every time.

So next month, page four is page one.
