Caller: Oh, hello dear. My grandson says I need to download the bank app, but I don’t know how.

Caller: I can see it! There’s a button that says “Get.”

Yusuf: That’s the one. Click “Get,” and then it will download. You might need to scan your face or enter a code.

Caller: It’s downloading now. There’s a little circle going round.

Yusuf: That’s exactly right. When the circle finishes, the app is ready. First the search, then the button, then it downloads. You did it all yourself.

Caller: I did, didn’t I? Wait until I tell my grandson.

Yusuf: Tell him his grandmother didn’t need any help after all.
