Exact Money
Bea: How much is the old clock?
Stall holder: That one is eighty.
Bea: Eighty? It says sixty on the little card.
Stall holder: Ah, the card is from last week. But for you — sixty.
Bea: Thank you! Okay. I have thirty here…
Stall holder: Thirty. Good start.
Bea: And another thirty. That makes sixty.
Stall holder: Sixty! Half in big coins, half in small ones.
Bea: I counted it twice this morning before I came.
Stall holder: On the bus?
Bea: At home. I like to have the exact money. It makes things easy.
Stall holder: Exact money, counted twice. My favourite kind of customer.
