My First Flight
I am at the airport. My passport is in my hand. I hold it very tight.
This is my first flight. I am afraid. I look at my passport again. It is still there. My name, my photo. Everything is okay.
The plane is big. So many people. Where do I go? What do I do?
A woman in blue smiles at me. “First flight?” she asks.
“Yes,” I say. My voice is small.
“Don't worry. It's going to be fine. Just follow me.”
I put my passport away. I am going to be okay. The journey starts now.
