My Own Warm Box
I am a little grey cat. This is not my house, but it is cold outside.
There is a warm spot behind the door. I sit there. But the wind comes in.
There is a soft bed above the stairs. I sleep there. But a big dog sleeps there too.
There is a chair near the window. The sun is on it. But the sun goes away.
Then I find it. There is a small box by the fire. It is warm. It is little. It is the same shape as me.
This box is my own now. I close my eyes.
