Only Three Things
You have a small test on Friday. You want to study, but you don't know where to start. Make a list.
First, take one piece of paper. Don't use your phone. Your phone has games in it.
Then write the day at the top. Write the name of the test under it.
Now write three things. Only three. Write them small: “ten words,” “page 40,” “the map.”
Don't write “study English.” That is too big. You can never finish it.
Then study. When you finish one thing, put a line through it.
On Thursday, look at your list. Three lines? Good. Two lines? Study the last thing tonight.
A long list looks good on paper. A short list is a list you finish.
